How are you feeling?
The recent weeks have been tough for a lot of us, myself included. Rather than follow up last weeks powerful episode on police brutality y with something equally as heavy, I wanted to discuss some helpful ways that we could cope with the stress of the global events.
This week I am joined by Psychotherapist Kim Evans MSc who offers some helpful ways in which we can help cope with some of the traumas we are experiencing. Listen to this weeks episode here.
